報(bào)告內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介:With the widespread integration of renewable distributed energy sources such as wind generation, photovoltaic and solar panels, a traditional electrical network has been experiencing a huge revolution towards a smart grid in various terms of generation, transmission, distribution and usage, and so on. Such a revolution poses new theoretical and technical challenges in operation and management of smart grids. To address these challenges, a multi-agent system based strategy is developed to address control and optimization issues in smart grids, showcasing its strong ability in improving efficiency, reliability and scalability. In this talk, some backgrounds on smart grids from the perspective of multi-agent systems are introduced. Second, a distributed secondary control scheme with an event-triggered communication mechanism is presented to ensure frequency regulation and active power sharing of AC islanded microgrids while significantly reducing the utilization of communication resources. Third, a multi-objective distributed optimization method is provided to address current sharing and voltage regulation in DC microgrids. Furthermore, a distributed energy management issue of smart grids maximizing the total social welfare that balances generation-side expanses, user-side payments, and transmission line costs is addressed. Finally, some challenging issues are discussed for future investigation.

韓清龍教授(Professor Qing-Long Han),IEEE Fellow(電氣電子工程師協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)士),現(xiàn)為澳大利亞 墨爾本 Swinburne University of Technology (斯威本科技大學(xué))副校長(zhǎng)和杰出教授。1997年3月于華東理工大學(xué)工業(yè)自動(dòng)化專業(yè)獲得博士學(xué)位。1997年9月至1998年12月在法國(guó)Université de Poitiers從事博士后研究,1999年1月至2001年8月在美國(guó)Southern Illinois University任研究助理教授,2001年9月至2014年12月在澳大利亞Central Queensland University任高級(jí)講師、副教授、教授(講座)和桂冠教授, 2007年3月至2014年12月任澳大利亞Central Queensland University高等教育部副部長(zhǎng)(研究與創(chuàng)新)、智能與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化系統(tǒng)科學(xué)研究中心主任。2015年1月至2016年4月在澳大利亞Griffith University 任教授(講座)、科學(xué)學(xué)部副部長(zhǎng)(研究)。2016年5月至今在澳大利亞Swinburne University of Technology任副校長(zhǎng)和杰出教授。在IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, Automatica, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Circuit Systems I: Regular Papers等國(guó)際重要刊物上發(fā)表了360篇論文,其中IEEE Transactions和Automatica論文147余篇。被SCI收錄360篇,被國(guó)際學(xué)者SCI引用15024次,SCI他引13210次,SCI h-指數(shù) (h-index): 69, 引用國(guó)家 30 余個(gè)。于2014年, 2015年, 2016年, 2018年及2019年入選Clarivate Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters) “高被引科學(xué)家”。曾擔(dān)任IEEE工業(yè)電子學(xué)會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)及應(yīng)用專委會(huì)主席(2014-2017)及IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics編委。目前擔(dān)任IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Industrial Electronics Magazine, Control Engineering Practice, Information Sciences及IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica編委。
